

While I was working with the Affinity team, one of their request if to create a sub-brand visual under the Marsh corporate brand guideline, to differentiate the business line and establish its branding with clients.

One of the main objectives of the project is to assist the sales team with pitch decks that are customized design according to the pitching client.
​
Another main objective is to assist produce training and onboarding materials for the clients.





Another segment of my work at Marsh was to work closely with the APAC design team and the China marketing team, to provide design solutions on marketing materials under the Marsh brand guideline, in both digital and print.


Challenges and results
There are two main challenges I face during my time in Marsh:

When working with the Affinity team, I had to learn multiple design guidelines of different clients due to the training materials we produced in-house has to be in the client's branding. But thanks to the support from my teammates, I was able to get the full brand book each time to complete the task with client standards each time.

When I was working with the APAC marketing team, the challenges are not so much brand-related but industry-related, as the team faces all business lines focus on different industries, the design solutions need to be customized with the industry standard. I've gained great industry insights under the guidance of the APAC design lead.
